Your browser does not support WebGL. On a real site a photograph would be shown instead of the scene.

Architecture & space

Before we build, we turn it around.

Every project starts as a massing model. The client can turn it before a single detail is drawn — and sees sooner what they are getting.

Selected work

Three recent projects

Family houses, renovations and one public building. Each began as the kind of model you see above.

Bled · 2025

House by the lake

A gabled house with an open ground floor and timber cladding. 186 m², energy class A.

Maribor · 2024

Townhouse renovation

Facade preserved, interior and courtyard redesigned. Three residential levels.

Nova Gorica · 2023

Village hall

A public building with a multi-purpose hall. Designed with the local community from the first sketch.

How we work

Four steps from conversation to construction

Every step ends with something you can hold in your hands or turn on screen.

01

Conversation

What you need, how many people, what plot, what budget range.

02

Massing model

The first arrangement in space. You turn it and tell us what bothers you.

03

Drawings

Full documentation for the building permit and for construction.

04

Supervision

We follow the build to handover. One contact person the whole way.

A note for the visitor

Why this page is built the way it is

The scene above is neither a video nor an image. The browser computes it on the fly, frame by frame, which is why you can turn it in any direction. It is written directly in WebGL, already built into every browser — with no external libraries. Altogether it weighs about 7 kilobytes, less than a single photograph.

The same effect built on the Three.js library would make a visitor download roughly 600 kilobytes before anything appeared at all.

Whether 3D pays off for your own line of work is another question — we wrote about it honestly in When 3D on a website pays off — and when it does not.
